The lid of the "Fortuna" smoker is designed in the shape of a small house. To prepare the smoker for use, you should get special wood chips, which are sold in supermarkets. For smoking, alder, cherry, oak, or apple chips are excellent choices. A tray is installed on the bottom of the smoker, where the juice and fat from the smoked products can be collected. The two-tiered mesh grill allows for multiple fish or poultry to be cooked simultaneously. The "Fortuna" smoker can be easily packed into a special portable bag and transported with ease. 

The steel used in the construction of this smoker is AISI 430 stainless steel, and the walls are 2.0 mm thick.
